Adjusting for Right and Left Handed Doors

Question 

I am having trouble during installation with opening and closing my lock? The thumb knob does not turn to the right. 

Answer

By default, the thumb knob on the inside portion of the lock will turn free to the left. 

The lock works with both left and right handed doors. The lock will automatically adjust when initially installed. 

If you are experiencing issues with this, here is the recommended troubleshooting step. 

• Take out batteries from the lock and place them back in again. 
• Press lock button on lock keypad. The lock will try auto-locking by itself.
