30 day money back guarantee from date of purchase. Some exceptions may be made with a restocking fee on a case by case basis and buyer may be responsible for return shipping cost. 

If you would like to return our product, include the following in your message.

• Order Number from Samtecht.com or Amazon
• Reason for return. 
• Description of use  (Residential, Small Business, Commercial)
• Shipping Address (In below format)
